CEILING DIFFUSER
Ceiling diffusers are the excellent choice for your HVAC system where a high standard of comfort indoor air quality and controlled performance are to be achieved. Our made diffusers are specially designed for ceiling – mounting applications. They are suitable for supply air as well as exhaust air, providing a stable pattern of air diffusion flowing through a number of concentrically arranged sections. Controlled air distribution, flow equalization, sound attenuation, architectural appearance and solid construction are all reasonable and worthwhile reasons to choose our ceiling diffusers.

Ceiling diffusers are designed to handle a wide range of horizontal air flows that will meet all HVAC requirements, and yet with a pleasing appearance to suit architectural requirements to flush outlets and concealed fixing method.
It is a multi-vane type with a fully removable core from its face for easy installation, with square or round neck and can be supplied in 1,2,3 & 4 way airflow patterns for all air distribution requirements.

The diffuser can also be supplied with an Opposed blade damper section (for supply Diffusers only) which in turn is fixed to the outer frame of the diffuser and is lever operated from the face of the diffuser. The damper frame is separated from its blades by using nylon bushings to eliminate corrosion and vibration. Ceiling diffuser is available in square and rectangular patterns for supply air as well as for return air and which in turn is supplied without opposed blade damper as standard.
SUPPLY & RETURN GRILLES
Supply and return air grilles and registers are considered to be the most frequently used parts in any heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems. Whether the grilles and registers are kept unobtrusive, or played up as decorative accents, their appearance and workmanship are as important as their performance. They are architectural as well as engineering products. With their taut, clean lines, solid construction, silence and controlled performance.
Return air grilles and registers are designed to suit HVAC applications where a high side wall or Exposed duct is required. They are also used for Adjusting airflow patterns of air-conditioned spaces and yet with an architectural appearance and curved – back frames.

DOUBLE DEFLECTION-AIR GRILLES & DOOR GRILLES

Door Grille- Door grilles are non-vision door grilles but can be used as transfer grilles for walls and partition openings, with an attractive appearance. It is a heavy duty type for mass activity areas such as gymnasiums… It is constructed of a main frame including the core of V-bars and an auxiliary frame for thickness adjustment from 33mm to 55mm. Having the same construction but with mullions (supporting bars) set at regular intervals to give strength and rigidity to the grille, this type can also be equipped with opposed blade damper for air volume control. Door grilles can be provided with fly screen fixed on main frame as optional.

AIR LOUVERS & DAMPERS
Variety types of louvers designed for intake, exhaust and control air movement applications. Their strong, clean lines and careful workmanship enhance the appearance of the building, whether it is industrial, commercial or domestic. While most of the louvers are mainly manufactured in complete lines of extruded aluminium blades which is more expensive, our louvers are made of metal sheets which is cheaper but as rigid and complement or accentuate architectural feature, such as round, arched and angular structures, we can offer and modify special louvers incorporating virtually any combination of diagonal and rectilinear frame segments to be suitable for different applications and architectural requirements.
A Volume Control Damper or VCD is a specific type of damper used to control the flow of air in an HVAC heating or cooling system. In order to improve efficiency and occupant comfort, HVAC systems are commonly divided up into multiple zones. For example, in a house, the main floor may be served by one heating zone while the upstairs bedrooms are served by another. In this way, the heat can be directed principally to the main floor during the day and principally to the bedrooms at night, allowing the unoccupied areas to cool down.

LINEAR SLOT DIFFUSER
Linear slot diffusers are always considered as the most attractive air distribution devices. They are specially designed for ceiling mounting in a wide range of applications in heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. At a perfect setting, linear slot diffusers provide as table pattern of diffusion to produce an optimum performance for both supply and return air in addition to their pleasant appearance. Our linear slot diffusers for both supply and return applications are designed to give unobstrusive continuous air diffusion with a pleasing aesthetic appearance. Hairline joints ensure clean continuous runs of linear slot diffusers for both active and dummy sections. They are normally connected to the main ducting system by means of connection boxes (Plenums), and are adjustable in height for accurate lining-up with the ceiling.
In general, linear slot diffuser is considered as a unique type of an air distribution device, dispenses proper air quantities, controls air pattern for ultimate human comfort and adapts to any design concept perceived by architect / design engineer.

Two types of linear slot diffusers are available:
Linear slot diffusers with 3/4” slot width.
Linear slot diffusers with 1” slot width.
Both are manufactured in one up to eight slots, permitting complete control of flow rate without disturbing the selected air pattern. Linear slot diffusers with other lengths and /or number of slots can also be provided on request. End caps on both sides are supplied on one piece linear slot diffusers, and on one side of end sections of continuous units. Sections are connected by using alignment strips.
