This includes a complete service for Project Studies, Consultation, Designs, Project Management and implementation of all phases of:

AIR-CONDITIONING AND VENTILATING SYSTEM

System and installation of all types of Air-Conditioning System such as Centralized packaged type or window type. Exhaust and Ventilation System for Residential, Industrial and Commercial establishment.

PLUMBING/SANITARY WORKS

Supply and installation of sewer and sanitary waste lines, ventilation, hot/cold water lines, storm drainage, pumping system and site development.

ELECTRICAL WORKS
Supply and installation of the necessary electrical accessories and components relative to Fire Protection, Air-Conditioning, Ventilating and pumping Systems.

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

This covers all phases of service and maintenance work relative to projects undertaken by COOL EXPERTS (formerly Kool Breeze Enterprises and Engineering Services) or other Specialty Contractors.

STEEL AND METAL FABRICATION

This covers fabrication and design of all steel and metal fabrication such as pressure vessels, elevated water tanks, gate, fence and etc.

CIVIL WORKS

This covers medium size building construction, fabrication and design of all steel trusses, design and consultation.
